Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours, or 2 business days, before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a $45 fee per cleaner scheduled for the job.
New Customer Appointment Verification
First-time clients must confirm their appointments over the phone. If you book a cleaning without prior verification from the office, we will reach out to confirm. Ensure you provide a reliable phone number; failure to reach you will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Pricing Details
Our estimates are as accurate as possible, but the final cost may differ depending on your apartment's size and condition. For instance, a home with 2.5 bathrooms might be priced at $285 if required by its condition and square footage.
