Cleaning-Service Requests and Bookings

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, acceptance of a booking, or a specific price. Pricing may depend on the size and condition of the property, requested service, frequency, location, estimated labor, and other relevant factors.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and service information. A quote may be changed when the information provided is incomplete or materially different from the actual condition or requirements of the property.

Appointments, Access, and Safety

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Minty Now may refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe, hazardous, outside the agreed scope, or materially different from what was disclosed.

You should secure valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items and disclose any surfaces, materials, fixtures, pets, hazards, or items that require special treatment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours, or two business days, before the appointment. Late cancellations or failures to provide access may result in a fee when disclosed to You before or at the time of booking.

Minty Now may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of staffing, safety, weather, access problems, emergencies, or circumstances outside Our reasonable control.

Minty Now SMS Messaging Program

When You separately opt in, Minty Now may send text messages regarding cleaning quote requests, scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, and, where separately consented, occasional promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.

Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Minty Now message. After You reply STOP, We may send one final message confirming Your unsubscribe status. You will then stop receiving messages from that SMS program.

Rejoining

To rejoin after opting out, complete a new opt-in through the same or another approved consent process. Messages will resume only after new consent is provided.

Carrier and Delivery Disclosures
