What are the prices?
For full house cleanings, we typically have a flat rate price. We also offer hourly pricing if you only need some rooms or areas cleaned.
Do the cleaners do laundry or the dishes?
Light dishes may be included if there are fewer than 5 dishes in the sink. Larger dish loads, laundry, organizing, and extra tasks should be requested ahead of time and may affect the final price.
Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
Some clients prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you.
If you won't be there, your cleaners just need a way to get in and they promise they will treat your home like their own. They can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
Do the cleaners bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners can bring the supplies needed for your cleaning. If you prefer that we use your own products, just let us know before the appointment.
What AreThe Differences Between a General and Deep Clean?
A general clean is for homes that are already being maintained regularly. A deep clean is more detailed and is recommended for first-time customers, homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, or homes with heavier buildup. After the first deep clean, most customers move to a lower-priced recurring cleaning schedule.
